# Consejo de Estado Providencia

`POST /co/consejo-estado/providencia/v1`

Retrieve the full text of one providencia from the Relatoría del Consejo de Estado, by the `url` permalink a search row exposes. `found: false` when the permalink resolves to no document.

Supports async delivery: set `Prefer: wait=N` for an inline result, pass `callback_url` to receive a POST when ready, or poll `GET /jobs/{id}`.

      - `descriptores` string[], required: Descriptores / tema tags attached to the providencia.
      - `es_unificacion` boolean, required: True when the row is flagged as a sentencia de unificación.
      - `es_extension` boolean, required: True when the row is flagged as extensión de jurisprudencia.
      - `url` string, nullable, required: Public permalink to the full text. Feed this to the providencia lookup to retrieve `texto`. Null only when the row carries no registration number.
      - `texto` string, nullable, required: Cleaned plain-text body; null when unavailable.

## Other responses

- `202`: Accepted — the result is being computed asynchronously. Poll `job.status_url` (GET /jobs/{id}) or supply `callback_url` to have the result POSTed to you. Returned when `Prefer: wait` elapses before completion, or immediately when `callback_url` is set.
- `400`: Invalid request body
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: Internal error
- `502`: Upstream source returned an error
