# ANM Notices Search

`POST /co/anm/notices-search/v1`

Search every notice the Agencia Nacional de Minería (Colombia) has published since May 2020 to notify decisions on mining titles and applications: estados, avisos, edictos and notices of general character. Filter by `title_number` (the placa, exact match), `office` (regional office), `type`, `year` and the publication date (`from_date`/`to_date`); free text matches the notice number and the full text. Each result lists every placa the notice covers and links to its document. Read one notice's full text with `anm_notice`. Served by Croma (`as_of` says how current the data is).

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.

  - `title_number` string: Optional placa (mining title or application number), e.g. `ABC-12345`. Exact match; case and spaces are ignored.
  - `office` '' | 'bogota' | 'bucaramanga' | 'cali' | 'cartagena' | 'cucuta' | 'ibague' | 'manizales' | 'medellin' | 'nobsa' | 'pasto' | 'quibdo' | 'valledupar': Optional regional office: `bogota`, `bucaramanga`, `cali`, `cartagena`, `cucuta`, `ibague`, `manizales`, `medellin`, `nobsa`, `pasto`, `quibdo` or `valledupar`. The same slug comes back in `office_key`.
  - `type` '' | 'estado' | 'aviso' | 'edicto' | 'caracter_general': Optional kind of notice: `estado`, `aviso`, `edicto` or `caracter_general`.
  - `year` integer: Optional year of publication. 0 searches every year.
  - `from_date` string, date: Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.
  - `to_date` string, date: Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.
  - `page` integer: 1-based page number for paginated results.
  - `per_page` integer: Results per page (1-50).

      - `office` string, nullable, required: The ANM regional office that published the notice, as it names it, e.g. "Bogotá" or "Cúcuta".
      - `office_key` 'bogota' | 'bucaramanga' | 'cali' | 'cartagena' | 'cucuta' | 'ibague' | 'manizales' | 'medellin' | 'nobsa' | 'pasto' | 'quibdo' | 'valledupar', nullable, required: The same office as the slug the `office` filter takes, e.g. `cucuta`. Null when the ANM names an office this connector does not know.
      - `publication_date` string, required: `yyyy-mm-dd` the ANM published the notice.
      - `year` number, required: The year of publication.
      - `title_numbers` string[], required: Every mining title or application number (placa) the notice covers, upper-case and without spaces, e.g. ["ABC-12345", "DEF-678"], which is what the `title_number` filter matches.
      - `text_status` 'extracted' | 'no_text_layer' | 'unavailable', required: `extracted` when `text` holds the document's text, `no_text_layer` when the document is a scan without one, `unavailable` when the document could not be read.
      - `document_url` string, required: The notice's document, as the ANM publishes it.
      - `official_url` string, required: The ANM's own page listing what it published that day.
