# ANM Notice

`POST /co/anm/notice/v1`

## Request

Retrieve one notice of the Agencia Nacional de Minería (Colombia) by its `id` from a search result (e.g. `GGDN-2026-P-0378.pdf`) or its `document_url`: its full text, the notice number, kind, regional office, publication date, every placa it covers and the link to its document. The text comes back a character range at a time (`offset`, `limit`); follow `next_offset` until `has_more` is false. Find a `notice_id` with `anm_notices_search`.

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.

  - `notice_id` string, required: The notice's `id` from a search result, e.g. `GGDN-2026-P-0378.pdf`. Its `document_url` works too.
  - `offset` integer: First character of the range to return. Pass the previous response's `next_offset` to continue reading.
  - `limit` integer: Maximum characters to return (1000-1000000).

      - `notice_number` string, nullable, required: The number the ANM gives the notice, e.g. "GGDN-2026-EST-165" or "EST-PARB-0123". Formats vary by office.
      - `type` 'estado' | 'aviso' | 'edicto' | 'caracter_general', nullable, required: The kind of notice: `estado`, `aviso`, `edicto` or `caracter_general`. Null when the ANM records none.
      - `office` string, nullable, required: The ANM regional office that published the notice, as it names it, e.g. "Bogotá" or "Cúcuta".
      - `office_key` 'bogota' | 'bucaramanga' | 'cali' | 'cartagena' | 'cucuta' | 'ibague' | 'manizales' | 'medellin' | 'nobsa' | 'pasto' | 'quibdo' | 'valledupar', nullable, required: The same office as the slug the `office` filter takes, e.g. `cucuta`. Null when the ANM names an office this connector does not know.
      - `publication_date` string, required: `yyyy-mm-dd` the ANM published the notice.
      - `year` number, required: The year of publication.
      - `title_numbers` string[], required: Every mining title or application number (placa) the notice covers, upper-case and without spaces, e.g. ["ABC-12345", "DEF-678"], which is what the `title_number` filter matches.
      - `text_status` 'extracted' | 'no_text_layer' | 'unavailable', required: `extracted` when `text` holds the document's text, `no_text_layer` when the document is a scan without one, `unavailable` when the document could not be read.
      - `document_url` string, required: The notice's document, as the ANM publishes it.
      - `official_url` string, required: The ANM's own page listing what it published that day.
      - `content` object, nullable, required: A range of the notice's text, or null when `text_status` is not `extracted`.
        - `text` string, required: The requested character range of the notice's text.
        - `offset` number, required: First character of the range, which is where the reading actually started.
        - `total_length` number, required: Length of the whole text in characters, however much of it this response carries.
        - `has_more` boolean, required: Whether the text continues past this range.
        - `next_offset` number, nullable, required: Pass this back as `offset` to read the next range. Null at the end of the text.
