# GET /registry/agents/search

`GET /registry/agents/search`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.useanima.sh/v1`
- URL: `https://api.useanima.sh/v1/registry/agents/search`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

## Query parameters

- `query` string: Free-text search across name and description
- `capability` string: Filter by a specific capability
- `kyaLevel` string: Reserved — accepted for backward compatibility but not used as a filter yet
- `trustMin` integer: Reserved — accepted for backward compatibility but not used as a filter. `trustScore` is not computed yet, so filtering on it would silently return an empty directory rather than a trusted subset.
- `tags` string[]: Filter by tags (entries must match at least one). A single value (`?tags=support`) is accepted as well as the repeated and bracketed forms.
- `cursor` string: Cursor for pagination
- `limit` integer: Maximum items per page

    - `name` string, required: Display name
    - `description` string, nullable, required: Agent description
    - `agentCard` object, required: Structured agent card with capabilities and metadata
    - `trustScore` integer, required: Reserved — a fixed placeholder, not a ranking. Not computed from any signal; do not sort, filter, or gate on it. Verify an agent cryptographically instead: resolve its DID document and check the signatures on its verifiable credentials.
    - `kyaLevel` string, required: KYA verification level (reserved — not yet populated)
    - `capabilities` string[], required: List of agent capabilities
    - `tags` string[], required: Searchable tags
    - `verified` boolean, required: Whether the agent has been verified (reserved — not yet populated)
    - `verifiedAt` string, date-time, nullable, required: Timestamp of verification (reserved — not yet populated)
    - `listedAt` string, date-time, required: Timestamp when the agent was listed
    - `updatedAt` string, date-time, required: Timestamp of last update
  - `nextCursor` string, nullable, required: Cursor for fetching the next page
  - `total` integer, required: Total number of entries matching the query
