`GET /orgs/{orgId}/audit-logs`

## Request

## Path parameters

- `orgId` string, required: Organization identifier

## Query parameters

- `actorId` string: Filter by actor identifier
- `actorType` 'API_KEY' | 'USER' | 'SYSTEM' | 'AGENT': Filter by actor type
- `action` string: Filter by action
- `resourceType` string: Filter by resource type
- `resourceId` string: Filter by resource identifier
- `result` 'SUCCESS' | 'FAILURE' | 'DENIED': Filter by result
- `query` string: Free-text search matched against action, actor id, resource type and resource id. Combines with the exact-match filters rather than replacing them.
- `startDate` string: ISO 8601 start date filter
- `endDate` string: ISO 8601 end date filter
- `cursor` string: Pagination cursor
- `limit` integer: Maximum number of entries to return

    - `ipAddress` string, nullable, required: IP address of the request
    - `userAgent` string, nullable, required: User-Agent header value
    - `metadata` object, nullable, required: Additional structured metadata
    - `createdAt` string, required: ISO 8601 timestamp of the event
  - `nextCursor` string, nullable, required: Cursor for the next page, null if no more results
  - `totalCount` integer, required: Total number of entries matching the filters
