  - `preApprovedAgentIds` string[]: Updated list of pre-approved agent IDs

  - `tokenTtl` '15m' | '1h' | 'session': How long extension auth tokens remain valid
  - `preApprovedAgentIds` string[]: Agent IDs allowed to silently authenticate (only used with pre_approved policy)
