- object: Current extension auth settings
  - `authPolicy` 'session' | 'pre_approved' | 'prompt_owner': Auth policy for extension connections
  - `tokenTtl` '15m' | '1h' | 'session': How long extension auth tokens remain valid
  - `preApprovedAgentIds` string[]: Agent IDs allowed to silently authenticate (only used with pre_approved policy)
