  - `name` string, required
  - `config` object, required: Per type: webhook/slack need webhookUrl, email needs email. At most 8 KB.
    - `webhookUrl` string: webhook/slack: required on create. Never returned; on PATCH blank or absent keeps the stored URL.
    - `headers` object: webhook/slack: extra request headers (no Host). Values are never returned.
    - `email` string, email: email: required.
  - `teamId` integer, nullable: A team of your organization; null/absent = organization-wide.
  - `isActive` boolean: Default true.
