Register a new device for push notifications

**NOTE: This API is only available to the Uptime.com mobile app.**
Register your device via the mobile app and it will automatically appear
in the list.

**NOTE 2:** This endpoint will overwrite any existing registered
device with the same UUID, if it exists.

  - `app_key` string, required
  - `pk` integer
  - `url` string
  - `created_at` string, date-time
  - `modified_at` string, date-time
  - `uuid` string
  - `user` string
  - `device_name` string, required
  - `display_name` string
  - `contact_groups` string[], required: Array of contact names or IDs to this push notification will receive alerts for.
  - `is_errored` boolean: True when alerts stopped because the device no longer accepts push notifications. Change any notification setting in the Uptime.com app on the device, or update this profile, to re-enable it.
