Google LSA reply health for the calling org's integrations card.

Reads the shared hourly-cached probe rather than asking Google per page view, so
opening the page costs a Redis hit in the normal case and at most one refresh per
org per hour when the entry has aged out.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- GoogleLsaHealthResponse: Whether this org's Google LSA replies are actually getting through, for its own eyes. The same probe and the same wording the ops-facing preflight finding uses; the customer sees it because they are the only one who can fix a Google Ads role. Deliberately ignores preflight silences: an operator muting the ops digest says nothing about whether the person who owns the Google account should be told.
  - `status` 'healthy' | 'needs_attention' | 'unknown' | 'not_applicable', required
  - `checked_at` string, date-time, nullable: When the answer was obtained from Google. Null when it has never been obtained.
  - `affected_customer_ids` string[]: Google Ads customer ids in the reported state; empty when healthy.
  - `message` string, nullable: What is wrong, in the customer's terms.
  - `fix_hint` string, nullable: What they should do about it.
