- ChannelPublicWithChildren: Adds the eager-loaded module. ``Channel.module`` is ``lazy="joined"`` so the handler always loads it, and pre-ENG-4300 ``BaseMixin.serialize`` walked it into the wire shape — callers do ``channel.module.type`` (see ``twilio.py``, ``deliver_core.py``, ``foundations/metrics/sms.py``).
