# List persisted overage spend alerts

`GET /v1/spend-alerts`

## Request

Returns Resend owner alert attempts for workspaces whose billable extra-minute spend crossed 100% of subscription value. Responses include billable overage spend and overage COGS audit context. Stored workspace API keys are pinned to their own workspace even if a different workspace_id query parameter is supplied.
