`POST core.assets.cooldown-ended` (webhook)

The cooldown period for a set of assets has ended.

- AssetsCooldownWebhookEvent: The webhook event information.
  - `id` string, uuid, required: The id of the event.
  - `type` string, required: The type of event.
  - `createdAt` string, date-time, required: The date and time when the event was created.
  - `data` object, required: The event payload.
    - `userId` string, uuid, required: The id of the user.
    - `assets` string[], required: The list of asset codes affected by the cooldown ending.
    - `cooldown` object, required
      - `rule` 'financial-promotions', required: The cooldown rule.
      - `features` string[], required: The features affected by the cooldown.
      - `endsAt` string, date-time, required: The date and time when the cooldown ended.

## Acknowledgement `200`

Return a 200 status to indicate that the data was received successfully.
