      - `code` string, required: The unique code of the subdivision.
      - `name` string, required: The name of the subdivision.
      - `restrictions` object[], required: The restrictions of the country.
        - `scope` 'residence': The scope of the restriction.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized.
- `429`: Too Many Requests.
