# List vendor questionnaire attachments

`GET /vendor/questionnaire/attachment/list`

## Request

- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Returns a list of questionnaire attachments that have been attached to a specific questionnaire instance in chronological order of when they were uploaded.

Required API key permissions: `VendorRisk` (select when creating API key in Account Settings)

## Query parameters

- `questionnaire_id` integer
- `page_token` string
- `page_size` integer

## Response `200`

Vendor questionnaire attachments

- GetVendorQuestionnaireAttachmentsResponsePayload
  - `attachments` VendorQuestionnaireAttachment[]: The list of questionnaires sent to this vendor
    - `description` string: The description of the attachment.
    - `file_name` string: The filename of the questionnaire attachment.
    - `id` integer: The id of the attachment.
    - `uploaded_at` string, date-time: The datetime that the questionnaire attachment was uploaded by the vendor
  - `next_page_token` string: The token to be used to retrieve the next page of results. Will not be returned if there are no more results.
  - `total_results` integer: The total number of attachments found for the questionnaire.

## Other responses

- `403`: Account does not have access to requested entities
- `422`: An invalid parameter was supplied or a mandatory parameter was missing
- `429`: Too many requests have been made to this endpoint.
- `500`: An internal system error occurred
