# Typical observed bid ranges for an operator

`GET /api/v1/pricing`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.upgradeagent.ai`
- URL: `https://www.upgradeagent.ai/api/v1/pricing`
- Auth: one of:
  - OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://www.upgradeagent.ai/api/oauth/authorize`, token URL `https://www.upgradeagent.ai/api/oauth/token`, scopes: `mcp`)
  - HTTP bearer

Low / typical / high per cabin, aggregated from anonymized eligibility checks (the MCP `get_upgrade_pricing` tool). No booking needed; the exact range for a booking comes from a quote.

## Query parameters

- `carrier` string, required: IATA code or operator name.
- `cabin` 'BUSINESS' | 'FIRST' | 'PREMIUM_ECONOMY'

## Response `200`

Observed ranges (bands may be empty).

  - `bands` PricingBand[], required: Empty when there isn't enough observed data yet.
    - `cabin` string, required: Target cabin, e.g. BUSINESS.

    - `low` number, required: Lowest minimum bid observed.
    - `typical` number, required: Median suggested bid.
    - `high` number, required: Highest maximum bid observed.
    - `samples` integer, required
  - `samples` integer, required
  - `observedFrom` string, nullable, required
  - `observedTo` string, nullable, required
  - `note` string, required

## Other responses

- `400`: carrier missing or cabin invalid.
- `401`: Missing, invalid, expired, or revoked bearer token. The WWW-Authenticate challenge points at the OAuth protected-resource metadata.
- `404`: Operator not resolvable.
- `429`: Per-caller rate limit exceeded.
