`GET /api/v1/partners/{code}`

Resolved like the MCP `get_partner_info` tool: IATA code or operator name. Includes the official upgrade page URL.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, invalid, expired, or revoked bearer token. The WWW-Authenticate challenge points at the OAuth protected-resource metadata.
- `404`: Not a confirmed partner.
- `429`: Per-caller rate limit exceeded.
