  - `created` string, required: Date topic was created, ISO format
  - `updated` string: Date topic was updated, ISO format
  - `suggestions` string: URL for the collection of suggestions in this topic

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Not authenticated
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Not found
