`GET /accounts/{account_id}`

## Request

- Account: Account object
  - `id` string, required: UUID for the Account
  - `name` string, required: Account name
  - `plan` string: Subscription plan name
  - `owner` string: URL for the user that owns the account
  - `root` string: URL for the root folder on the account for the current user
  - `folders` FolderURL[]: Folders in the account accessible to the current user
  - `role` 'visitor' | 'reviewer' | 'editor' | 'manager' | 'administrator': Account privilege role
  - `limits` object: Subscription tier and plan limits
    - `topics` SubscriptionLimits: Subscription limits for the current tier and the plan
      - `tier` integer: Maximum amount allowed in the current tier, before being upgraded to the next tier
      - `plan` integer: Maximum amount allowed in the plan
    - `users` SubscriptionLimits: Subscription limits for the current tier and the plan
      - `tier` integer: Maximum amount allowed in the current tier, before being upgraded to the next tier
      - `plan` integer: Maximum amount allowed in the plan
    - `reviewers` SubscriptionLimits: Subscription limits for the current tier and the plan
      - `tier` integer: Maximum amount allowed in the current tier, before being upgraded to the next tier
      - `plan` integer: Maximum amount allowed in the plan

  - `created` string: Date account was created, ISO format
  - `updated` string: Date account was last updated, ISO format
