External-share gate submit (``es_…`` tokens only), two lanes by form
field: ``passphrase`` (the original flow — verify → short-lived signed
cookie → render) and ``viewer_email`` (the email gate — identify → 30-day
signed cookie carrying the email → render + view record). Wrong/dead →
the lane's uniform retry page. Non-``es_`` tokens have no POST semantics
→ the uniform unavailable page.
