`GET /health/broker`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api-v1.unusual.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api-v1.unusual.ai/health/broker`

Broker + Redis health check.

This is intentionally stricter than /health and is meant to be used by the
ALB health check for the API service. If this endpoint is unhealthy, the
task should be removed from rotation to avoid "enqueue succeeded" behavior
with a StubBroker / localhost Redis.
