# List Tasks

`GET /gtm-internal/tasks`

## Request

List tasks across ALL accounts (and the account-less eng/ops/personal
tasks). Staff-only global view — every internal user sees every task (no
own-only restriction; the policy call for this surface). Soft-deleted
(killed) tasks are excluded. Filters compose; `domain_id="none"` returns
only unaffiliated tasks; `disposition` defaults to the customer-endorsed
working set ("active") — pass "all" for everything. `q` matches title/detail.
