`GET /gtm-internal/runs/{source}/{run_ref}`

Drill into one run by ``{source}/{run_ref}`` — params, a coarse stage
list, outputs, the backing-row glance, and the lineage pointer (analysis
runs). ``source`` ∈ {analysis_run, routine_run}; ``run_ref`` resolves like
the registry (registry id | backing id | external ref) for analysis runs,
or the ``routine_run`` id for routine runs.
