# Skip Outbound Draft

`POST /gtm-internal/outbound/skip`

## Request

Operator skip — the shared action (``backend/outbound/actions.py``),
the SAME implementation the MCP tool calls: draft → ``skipped``; in-thread
kinds also file the thread ``no_action`` (a NUDGE skip is terminal
forever); handoff kinds drop just the email; pinged threads get the
cross-surface echo.
