`POST /gtm-internal/inbox/threads/{thread_id}/make-contact`

A person's call that an inbound conversation is a potential buyer: the class is
set, and (as the classifier does) the contact is created and owned by the seat
when they wrote from a work email, with an inbound.message signal either way.
