# Crawler Accounts

`GET /gtm-internal/crawler/accounts`

## Request

Per-domain crawler rollup, most expensive first.

THE ROW SET is every domain the crawler has touched or is expected to: any
domain with run history (ever) UNION any domain whose desk reads/writes the
index. The union matters in both directions — a desk flipped onto the internal
lane but not yet crawled belongs on this page with zeros (it is pending, and
that is actionable), and a domain crawled under the pre-warm allowlist while
still on "exa" belongs on it too (it is costing money). Domains with neither
are not the crawler's business and would be pages of zeros.

Sorted by windowed cost descending, then by run count, then host — so the
table opens on whatever is spending the most, and ties don't reorder between
reloads.

Always 200s; an empty fleet is a well-formed empty list.
