# List Calls

`GET /gtm-internal/calls`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api-v1.unusual.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

List/search captured calls across ALL accounts (staff-only global view).

``q`` is Postgres websearch syntax over title + transcript body, ranked by
relevance with sentinel-delimited snippets; without it, newest-first.
``status`` defaults to ``done`` (pass ``all`` to include processing/failed
rows). Never returns ``transcript_text`` — list rows stay light.
