Reword a memory, staff-side — the owner's Edit, verbatim.

Will, 2026-08-10: staff review and owner review are the same act with the same
controls, so the ledger's new controls arrive on both doors together. It rewrites
the SENTENCE only; nothing about what the desk answers moves.

- DeskLearningStatementRequest: Reword one memory from the staff side. Same guardrail as the owner door (no product limit since 2026-10-14), enforced at parsing for the same reason: an over-long statement is a 422 the field can render, not a silent truncation.
