# Create Desk Correction

`POST /gtm-internal/agent-desk/corrections`

## Request

Correct one desk answer, as staff — THE SAME LOOP as the owner's button.

Calls the owner door's implementation directly (one implementation is the
enforcement of "no logical difference" — Will, 2026-08-10): the correction
is recorded, classified, drafted, and APPLIES ITSELF to whichever documents
it changes, with the same memory row, the same Undo, and the same guards
(kill switch, compile-claim serialization). ``source="gtm"``
is stamped as provenance only.

Poll ``GET /agent-desk/corrections/{review_id}`` for the outcome, exactly as
the owner surface does.

## Request body

- DeskCorrectionCreateRequest: A staff correction of one desk answer — the same shape as the owner's ``CorrectionCreate`` plus the ``domain_id`` the staff surface has to name (the owner's is in their URL). At least one target; ``comment`` is the correction text itself, not a side note — there are no notes any more.
