`GET /gtm-internal/accounts/{org_id}/sessions`

## Request

Fetch PostHog session recordings for a specific organization.

Matches recordings by email (from PostHog person properties) OR
by org_id (from PostHog person properties) to handle cases where
one or the other isn't set.
