`GET /gtm-internal/account-status/{account_id}`

## Request

Side-panel detail for one Account Status row: the account's JTBD goal(s),
active strategic priorities (each with its tasks nested), and any standalone
tasks — the structured projection that replaces Notion's free-form body.
Point-lookup by the spine id (children are account-anchored since WO-8, so
this works for unmaterialized org-less/domain-less accounts too).
