# Locate Report

`GET /api/reports/{report_id}/locate`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api-v1.unusual.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Bare report id → the domain it lives on (staff only).

Everything else in this file resolves reports through the caller's current
domain, so a `/reports/<id>` URL without `?domain=` 404s on any other
workspace. The frontend calls this on that 404 and re-enters through the
`?domain=` deep link. Non-superusers get the same 404 as a missing report —
no cross-domain existence probe.
