show exactly what a given call would have inserted. Knob errors (an unknown
section, a bad audience) are 400s carrying the builder's own message.

- `sections` string, nullable: Comma-separated EXTRA sections (additive): register, rubric, evals, log, contacts, competitors, personas, probes, proposed
- `budget_tokens` integer, nullable: Token budget; clamped to the builder's allowed range
- `staleness_days` integer, nullable: Flag goals/tasks older than this many days
- `audience` string, nullable: internal | external — what a customer-facing consumer would see
