# Register a new user

`POST /auth/register`

## Request

Create account and send a 6-digit verification code to the email. Must call /auth/verify-email next.

## Request body

- RegisterInput
  - `email` string, email, required
  - `password` string, required
  - `name` string

## Response `201`

Created — verification code sent

  - `email` string, email: Included on register

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error
- `409`: Email already registered
