# Find a Work Email Address

`POST /v1/tools/email_find`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://unstuckapi.com`

  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `x-api-key`

Find a person's work email address from their name and company website. Tries the usual patterns (first.last, flast, first, and so on), checks each one, and returns the first that is confirmed real, with how confident it is. Says so when the company accepts mail for any address and the guess cannot be confirmed. Use it to reach a specific person at a company.

Price: $0.10 per call. Charged only when a confirmed (deliverable) address is returned. Catch-all guesses, no match and domains without mail servers are free.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid JSON or input. Not charged.
- `401`: Paid tool without a valid API key.
- `402`: Balance too low for this call. Not charged.
- `404`: Unknown tool.
- `422`: The tool failed. Not charged.
- `429`: Rate limited, free tries used up, or the uncharged-result limit reached. See Retry-After.
