`POST /api/v1/things/device/info/transfer`

## Request body

- DeviceInfoTransferReq
  - `areaID` string — 转移到项目时指定区域ID
  - `device` DeviceCore
    - `deviceName` string, required — 设备名称
    - `productID` string, required — 产品ID
    - `productName` string
  - `devices` DeviceCore[]
    - `deviceName` string, required — 设备名称
    - `productID` string, required — 产品ID
    - `productName` string
  - `isCleanData` integer, required — 是否清除数据:1是 2否
  - `projectID` string
  - `srcProjectID` string — 指定原来的项目ID,不写使用头
  - `transferTo` integer, required — 转让给: 1: 某个人 2: 自己的某个项目
  - `userID` string
