`POST /api/v1/things/device/auth/register`

- DeviceRegisterReq
  - `deviceName` string, required — 设备名称 读写
  - `nonce` integer, required — 随机数
  - `productID` string, required — 产品id 只读
  - `signature` string, required — 签名信息
  - `timestamp` integer, required — 秒级时间戳

## Response `200`

A successful response.
