# Gets a list of Topics filtered by 'Topic Short Name' or 'Topic Id'

Returns Status 200 OK

  - `name` string, nullable
  - `shortName` string, nullable
  - `sortOrder` integer

## Other responses

- `400`: Returns Status 404 NotFound if 'ShortName' or 'Id' does not exist
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Returns Status 404 NotFound if 'ShortName' or 'Id' does not exist
- `406`: Not Acceptable
- `500`: Returns Status 500 Internal Server Error if an exception is thrown from the Web API code
