Monthly CPI inflation history (year-on-year % change) for ONE country (free tier — counts against the normal daily request quota). Many series go back to the 1950s or earlier (US from 1914). `country` accepts an ISO country code or a currency code. Dates accept YYYY-MM or YYYY-MM-DD (the month is used). ## Other responses

- `400`: Missing/multiple country, or invalid dates
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `404`: No inflation data for that country/currency
- `429`: Daily request quota exceeded (shared with the currency endpoints: free 200/day, Pro 25,000/day)
- `503`: Inflation data not loaded yet
