# Community ratings board

`GET /{region}/tanks/ratings`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://unicum.gg/api`
- URL: `https://unicum.gg/api/{region}/tanks/ratings`
- Auth: none required

Every vehicle players have rated, with what they think of it and how far that is from what it actually does. `overallBayes` is the mean shrunk towards the site-wide average and is what the board sorts on, so a tank three people liked cannot sit above one four hundred have judged. `hype` is the community's rank inside the tier minus the tank's measured win-rate rank inside the same tier: sort it descending for the most overrated vehicles in the game, ascending for the most underrated. Vehicles nobody has rated are absent rather than returned with nulls, so an unrated tank is never read as a badly rated one. The votes are global, the identities are the region's catalogue.

## Path parameters

- `region` 'eu' | 'na' | 'asia', required: Game server region.

## Response `200`

Successful response

- TankRatingBoardResponse
  - `results` TankRatingRow[], required
    - `identity` TankIdentity, required: A vehicle's identity: tier, class, nation, names, tag, premium/reward flags, role and icon URLs.
      - `tankId` number, required
      - `slug` string, required
      - `tier` number, required
      - `type` string, required
      - `nation` string, required
      - `name` string, required
      - `shortName` string, required
      - `tag` string, required
      - `isPremium` boolean, required
      - `isReward` boolean, required
      - `isCommonTest` boolean, required: Only on the Common Test client, not yet released.
      - `isHidden` boolean, required: Not a vehicle at all (training bot, story-mode prop). Always false here: these are excluded from the catalogue.
      - `variant` string, nullable, required: The parallel catalogue this vehicle comes from, spelled as the suffix its name ends with ("IGR" for the retired cybercafe reissues). Null for a normal vehicle.
      - `testChanges` number: How many characteristics the current Common Test build changes on this vehicle; 0 when none.
      - `role` string, nullable, required
      - `contourIcon` string, nullable, required
      - `bigIcon` string, nullable, required
    - `votes` integer, required
    - `reviews` integer, required: Published written opinions on this vehicle.
    - `overall` number, nullable, required: Plain mean of the Overall stars, 1 to 5.
    - `fun` number, nullable, required
    - `overallBayes` number, nullable, required: The Overall mean shrunk towards the site-wide average. Sort on this, not on the plain mean, or the top of the board is whichever tank three people rated.
    - `funBayes` number, nullable, required
    - `overallStddev` number, nullable, required: How far apart the voters sit. High marks a divisive tank.
    - `perceivedPercentile` number, nullable, required: Where the community ranks it among the rated vehicles of its own tier, 0 to 1.
    - `measuredPercentile` number, nullable, required: Where its measured win rate ranks it among that same set, 0 to 1. Null until the tier has enough rated vehicles for a rank to mean anything.
    - `hype` number, nullable, required: Perceived minus measured. Positive means the community rates it above what it does, negative below.
  - `totalVotes` integer, required: Votes cast across every vehicle, for the board's header.
  - `ratedTanks` integer, required
  - `computedAt` string, date-time, nullable, required: When the rollup behind the shrunk means and the hype column was last recomputed.
