The XP thresholds for the 3rd Class, 2nd Class, 1st Class and Ace Tanker Mastery badges on every tank of a region, mirrored per region (thresholds differ per server). One row per vehicle in the region's catalogue; `mastery` is null until the mastery cron has data for the vehicle.

      - `testChanges` number: How many characteristics the current Common Test build changes on this vehicle; 0 when none.
      - `role` string, nullable, required
      - `contourIcon` string, nullable, required
      - `bigIcon` string, nullable, required
    - `mastery` TankMarksOfMastery, required: The XP thresholds for the 3rd/2nd/1st Class and Ace Tanker Mark of Mastery badges on a tank, mirrored per region.
