# Map changes history

`GET /{region}/maps/{slug}/history`

## Request

Everything a map has been through across game versions, grouped by version, newest first: play area resized, game modes and battle types gained or lost, random events added or dropped, bases, spawns, control points and Onslaught points of interest moved, and the map entering or leaving the client. Reconstructed from the client's own arena definitions back to update 1.13.0, plus what the running Common Test is about to change. 404 when the slug maps to no map on the region.

- `slug` string, required: Map slug (e.g. prokhorovka).

  - `removedVersion` string, nullable, required: The game version that pulled the map from the client, when it is currently gone. Seasonal maps come back, so this is a state rather than an end.
  - `removedAt` string, date-time, nullable, required
  - `present` boolean, required: Whether the client currently ships the map.
  - `tracked` boolean, required: Whether the map has ever been recorded. False for the arenas the client names but does not define, which have no geometry to compare and no knowable introduction.
  - `testVersion` string, nullable, required: The Common Test build these pending changes were read from.
  - `testChanges` MapChange[], required
