The effective setting

- SessionReuse
  - `workspaceId` string, required
  - `reuse` boolean, required: Effective: whether kept signed-in sessions are reused automatically (sites set to Never or Ask me excepted).
  - `explicit` boolean, nullable: What the workspace set; null when it never chose (on by default).
  - `reason` string, required
  - `never` string[]: Sites set to Never: their kept sign-in is never reused.
  - `ask` string[]: Sites set to Ask me: each reuse needs your approval.
  - `change` string

- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials. The WWW-Authenticate header names the protected-resource metadata.
