# Forget a site's kept session

`DELETE /api/v1/cookies/{site}`

## Request

  - OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://unbrowse.ai/authorize`, token URL `https://unbrowse.ai/oauth/token`, scopes: `unbrowse`)

Deletes the signed-in session kept for a site (every origin of it) from the vault, as revoking the site in the browser extension does. The next run on that site signs in again, or asks.

Whether a session was kept and is now gone

- `400`: An error
- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials. The WWW-Authenticate header names the protected-resource metadata.
