  - `expirationDate` string, required: Format "YYYY-MM-DD"
  - `service` string[], required: Set the services the credit will apply to (see note above)
  - `isExcludeService` boolean, required: set list of service filter as exclude filter
  - `isExcludeAwsMarketplace` boolean, required: To exclude AWS Marketplace services
