# Creates a new Tag and returns it with the generated ID.

`PUT /tag`

  - `name` string, required — Title of the Tag
  - `color` string — Color of the Code
  - `description` string, nullable — Description of the Tag
  - `parent_id` integer, nullable — Parent of the Tag
  - `project_id` integer, required — Project the Tag belongs to
