`POST /annoscaling/confirm_suggestions`

## Request

  - `project_id` integer, required: Project to apply suggestions
  - `code_id` integer, required: Code to apply on accepted spans
  - `reject_code_id` integer, required: Code to apply on rejected spans
  - `accept` SdocSentencePair[], required: Suggested annotations to accept
    - `sdoc_id` integer, required: ID of the source document
    - `sentence` integer, required: ID of the sentence within the document
  - `reject` SdocSentencePair[], required: Suggested annotations to reject
    - `sdoc_id` integer, required: ID of the source document
    - `sentence` integer, required: ID of the sentence within the document

  - `begin` integer, required: Begin of the SpanAnnotation in characters
  - `end` integer, required: End of the SpanAnnotation in characters
