  - `internal_minutes` number, required
  - `takt_minutes` number, nullable: 节拍（分钟）。正式验收线跟着节拍走，不是一刀切 10 分钟
  - `baseline_minutes` number, nullable: 改善前的换模时间，用于「改善 ≥ 50%」这条验收线
  - `five_s_done` boolean, nullable: 该区域是否已完成 5S——SMED 的前提
