帕累托的四条判据——层数那条给的是「还没到影响点」的可编码信号。

## Request body

- AbsCoreApiRoutersPspParetoRequest: 帕累托校验：守恒 · 关键少数 · 层数是否已剥到影响点 · 对策补回多少偏差。
  - `factor_values` number[]: 一级帕累托各因素差异量
  - `total_gap` number, required: 趋势图总差距
  - `factors` object[], nullable: [{category, value}]，用来取关键少数
  - `levels` object[], nullable: [{level, top_share}] 每层剥完后首因占比
  - `covered_gap` number, nullable: 对策预计补回的偏差量
  - `code` string, nullable: 不带工单号＝纯试算；带工单号则把一级帕累托写回工单的 I 区（需要写权限）
