做规划，但**先回编号**、后台接着做（2026-10-15）：WorkBuddy 连接器要求单次调用 30 秒内回，
一份规划要一两分钟。与网页「边做边推」同一条路——先建「生成中」的草稿，进度写在它身上；
用 GET /agent/v1/plans/{code} 看进度与结果。计费同步路：先扣，做成按实际交付结算，其余出口全退。
